How to Use Squoosh.app
Luckily, users don’t need to install and set up any app. The Squoosh app works directly in any browser, and once the site loads fully, it performs all tasks offline. Follow the below steps to give it a try.
- Open any web browser and navigate to https://squoosh.app/
- Open desired image using any one method below:
- Click the Load icon

- Drag and drop an image

- Copy image to clipboard and Click Paste or press Ctrl + V

- Click the Load icon
- At the At the right side window:
- Choose an image format among WebP, AVIF, MozJPEG, PNG, etc.

- Adjust the quality and set it between 70-85 for the balanced size and quality using the Quality slider.

- See real-time quality (before/after) changes by moving the live preview slider at the center of the screen.

- (Optional): Resize the image dimensions if required or as per need.
